No. Your certified trainer brings everything required — adjustable dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, a folding bench, mobility tools, and any specialty equipment your program calls for. The space requirement is minimal: a 6x8 foot clear area is enough for most clients.
Yes. We train hundreds of clients in condos and apartments across the GTA — from Liberty Village to Mississauga to North York. The equipment we bring is specifically chosen to work in small spaces. We've trained in 600 sq ft units and made it work.
We serve 23 cities across the GTA and Kitchener-Waterloo: Toronto (including North York, Etobicoke, Scarborough), Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Pickering, Ajax, Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Milton, Burlington, Caledon, Aurora, Newmarket, Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph, Hamilton, and Barrie. We require 24-hour notice for session cancellations to avoid being charged. Emergencies and illness are handled with reasonable flexibility. Package sessions can typically be rescheduled within the same week without issue.
Yes. We have dedicated programs for postnatal recovery (diastasis-aware, pelvic floor-conscious) and senior fitness (strength, balance, fall prevention, chronic condition management). Our trainers are educated in age-appropriate and stage-appropriate programming.
Yes — many of our clients train outdoors in summer when weather permits. We can deliver sessions in your backyard, on your driveway, or at a nearby park. We bring the equipment either way.
Most clients see strength gains within 3-4 weeks of consistent training. Visible body composition changes typically appear at 8-12 weeks. Identity-level fitness habits and major transformations are usually 6-12 months. The pace depends on training frequency, nutrition, sleep, and starting point.
Yes. Live one-on-one virtual training is available across Ontario for clients outside our in-home service area, travelers, or anyone who prefers the privacy or lower per-session cost. See our /virtual-training page for details.
